Our business is being available when you need someone in the evening, on the weekend, or when you simply must have someone
meet you at your home or place of business. We're here for your convenience.
For mobile there will be the stranded notary service fee (the fee set by the California Secretary of State), plus a travel fees, depending on your location and the availability of parking.
There is also a surcharge of $25 for any emergency jobs between the hours of 11pm and 7am.

Do Not sign the document or documents ahead of time.
The Notary must be there to witness the signing of the document.
All signers must have proper photo identification to present to the Notary.
And the big one, The Notary is not a
lawyer, and by law cannot answer any questions you might have about your document. If you are uncertain about anything, please be sure to contact your lawyer, or whoever provided you with the form before you see the Notary.
Here is a quick check list of things to bring or have present when meet the Notary:
Bring or Have your documents that need to be notarized. <-- Dumb I know, But have you lock you keys in the car before?
Bring or Have your California state license or any government issued identification with a picture.
Bring or Have your passport if you do not have any identification with a picture.
Bring or Have your check book to pay the notary

IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED §1185. Driver license issued within the last 5 years by any USA state. Canada
or Mexico. California I.D. or California Senior Citizen I.D. Passport - current
U.S. or foreign government with photo and United States Visa attached.
USA armed forces ID.
NO ID AVAILABLE - please call ,fax or email me. Most likely we can perform the notarization
DOCUMENT MUST BE COMPLETE - at the time of notarization, by law, the document should contain no blanks.
The entire document should be completed, but not signed, and all
document pages made available for sealing and signing by the notary at the
time the document is dated and signed.
If a document blank is not used
indicate that in the blank, or if you are unsure contact the receiving
/requesting agency.
§8205. Duties (2) ........ A notary public may not
accept any acknowledgment or proof of any instrument that is incomplete.
(Gov. Code) (see full §8205)
SIGNING - Signer\s must personally appear and sign in the presence of the notary
SIGNING DISABILITY - Persons capable of only signing by mark may have another person , who has proper ID,
sign in the
notaries presence. Two witnesses must be present.
COMPETENCY- A person signing the document or giving an oath or affirmation must be competent. They cannot
be under the influence of narcotic drugs or alcohol, or have any cognitive reasoning difficulty that
would prevent them from having an understanding of what they are signing. They must of read and
understand what they are to sign and evidence the same to a notary. If there is any question as to
the ability of the signer to understand what they are signing then we will not perform the notarization..

NON ENGLISH SPEAKING SIGNERS - If you do not
speak English please seek out a Notary office which speaks your language.
WITNESSES - If the document requires
multiple witnesses, normally we will have a second person but please
verify first first.
